Lindsey Lost by Suzanne Marine Phillips

This book is about how Lindsey went missing out of a sudden, and Micah, her brother may be the last one to have seen her, yet he has no memory of it at all. In fact I think this book is similar to complicit (written by stephanie kuehn) in that the boy has no memory of what is going on.

My favourite character in the book has to be Bistro, the detective. He listens and observes very detail very carefully and is not bias. Although Micah seems like a very obvious suspect he doesn't accuse Micah of doing anything wrong. He listens to him even though sometimes Micah breaks down easily.

The characters are alright although I really hated Micah's personality a lot. I think Reed's story is quite underdeveloped though.

This story was quite confusing at first though, it feels like the ending was quite obvious but the writer choose to beat around the bush by focusing on Micah's emotions.

My favourite part of the book is when Micah was being cute to Vivan. Despite him constantly breaking down and having panic attacks, he still have his cute side of loving Vivan and it's really nice to see that.

The story didn't really grip me though, I find my emotions stagnant as I read the book. It feels like sometimes I've expected the characters to do some things but they don't so it's quite disappointing. Most of the characters are underdeveloped.

In conclusion, I do recommend this book to people who like mysteries and probably younger readers. This book also has a good point in which they mark out the dates of events happening so you can imagined it clearly.
